This is when the buyers have one last walk-through of the property before they close on the loan. They will make sure the home is in the condition it was when they wrote the offer and that the seller has completed all inspection items!

Close on the Loan

The buyer will close on their loan with their bank or attorney. We will be there to make sure everything goes smoothly. You will not need to attend!
